  • Fees begin at $125/hour and are prepaid. 
  • A minimum of 3 - 1 hour sessions are recommended.
  • Sessions are conducted via phone at the client's convenience (reducing geographical limitations).
  • Unlimited email communication is available
Coaching may not work for everyone.  Should more in depth therapy be required, referrals will be provided to all clients.
